About Groop
We help teams and friends simplify group scheduling

Groop is a free group scheduling tool that helps people find common available times without accounts, app installs, or ads. Just create a Groop, share the link, and let everyone mark availability on a shared calendar or vote in a date poll.

Why Groop exists
My name is Vincent, founder of Groop. I built Groop because planning with other people was still much harder than it should be. Too many tools ask users to create an account, install something, understand a complicated interface, or bombard them with ads before they can answer a very basic question. I kept wondering why there was no app where people could simply open a shared calendar, tap the dates they were available, and move on.
The frustration was not just technical. Existing scheduling tools often feel like they are designed around monetization, showing their users as many ads as possible while the actual scheduling experience gets neglected. Groop starts from a different premise: scheduling should be simple and fast. The organizer should be able to create a link in seconds, and participants should be able to respond without thinking about the tool at all.
Our values
Groop was built from day one with these values in mind:
- No ads, ever: Not for free users, not for paid users. The product doesn't work against you.
- No account required: Organizers and participants can use Groop without signing up for anything.
- Simple by design: We aim to make the scheduling process as simple as possible. Creating a Groop should take no more than a few seconds.
- Privacy by default: Made in Belgium, hosted in Germany. No data selling, built with GDPR in mind.
What Groop does differently โจ
Groop combines two scheduling modes in one product. The calendar mode is for flexible planning, like finding a weekend for a group trip, a family reunion, or a sports session. Participants mark any dates they can attend, and the overlapping dates become visible. Poll mode is for fixed options, like choosing a time for business meetings, interviews, workshops, or client calls.
That makes Groop useful for both personal planning and professional coordination. You can use it for a birthday party, a sports team, a study group, a board meeting, or a customer workshop. The workflow stays the same: create, share, collect availability, choose the best time.
Trust, privacy, and product choices ๐
Groop is made in the EU, hosted in Germany, and built around practical privacy choices: no ads, no selling user data, and no account required for basic scheduling. You can read the privacy policy if you want the specifics.
Groop is also intentionally narrow. It answers one simplequestion: which date or time works best for everyone?
Built as a cleaner alternative ๐งน
Many people find Groop while comparing scheduling tools. If you are looking for a simpler Doodle alternative, a more mobile-friendly When2Meet alternative, or a cleaner Rallly alternative, Groop is built around the same core promise: less setup, less clutter, faster answers.
