Groop (joingroop.com) is a platform-agnostic scheduling tool that helps
groups find a common time to meet. It supports both flexible date finding
("a weekend in August") and specific time scheduling ("next Monday at 3pm?").
Users create a group and choose between two modes:

- **Calendar**: tap dates on a monthly overview — your initials appear as
  a dot, making availability instantly visual. No need to propose dates.
- **Poll**: propose specific dates or time slots, also usable for 1:1
  meetings (e.g. recruiters).

2. Select poll mode or calendar mode

4. In calendar mode: Each person marks the days they are available on the shared calendar. In poll mode, participants vote on days / time slots
5. In calendar mode: Days where everyone is available are highlighted in green. There also is a "best days" overview so you can easily see how is available when. In poll mode, you clearly see the options with the most votes.
